Put it on your home screen first.
my.adhd lives in the browser, but it’s meant to be reached the way you reach any app: one tap, no address bar, no tab to lose. Save it now and it behaves like one.
- Open this page in Safari (Chrome on iPhone can’t do it).
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The my.adhd icon is now on your home screen.
- Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right of Chrome.
- Choose Add to Home screen (some phones call it Install app).
- Confirm with Install or Add.
- Find the my.adhd icon with the rest of your apps.
- In Chrome or Edge, look for the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
- Click it, then Install. In Safari, use File → Add to Dock.
- my.adhd opens in its own window, no tabs around it.

Nothing is installed from a store and nothing is uploaded — the home-screen icon is a shortcut to this page, and everything you type stays in your browser. With no signal it still opens and still sorts, but by a rough local guess rather than the real analysis — it says so, and offers to re-sort once you’re back.
