Take the self-check

About us.

You meant to start that assignment three weeks ago. You’re late even when you leave early. You interrupt people mid-sentence and feel bad about it every time. Your mind is in six places at once, and none of them is the one you need it in.

In Malaysia, we have names for this. Malas. Tak fokus. Tak matang. Tak reti jaga barang.

We don’t often have the other name for it: ADHD.

That’s the gap MyADHD exists to close. Too many Malaysians grow up believing they’re careless, lazy, or just not trying hard enough — when what they’re actually dealing with is a brain that’s wired differently, and a country that hasn’t been taught to recognise it. Awareness here is still thin. Diagnosis is slow and expensive. Adult ADHD, especially, is barely discussed at all.

We’re here to change that. We share what ADHD actually looks like in everyday Malaysian life — at school, at work, in marriage, in families. We point people toward proper assessment instead of guesswork. And we build a space where you can finally stop asking what’s wrong with me and start asking better questions.

If any of this sounds familiar, it doesn’t mean you have ADHD. But it might mean it’s worth finding out.
